House Share in former Holiday Cottage

Property has large kitchem with American fridge, range gas cooker and fully furnished, 2 tv rooms, laundry room with washer and a dryer, patio BBQ area etc with pergola. The rooms all come with own bathroom. The house is finished to a high standard and we live on a quiet lane with easy walk to all the shops etc in Harleston.

One Double Room available 1st February (ensuite is down a few steps with own toilet and shower) room. You have to share the shower With one other as other tenant has upstairs bathroom with her own bath but people prefer showers.

A cleaner will visit once a month to clean the main house, All bills included on fair use, parking is bottom of the road but I can rent out a drive space if you need it. Anything else let me know.
