I have a double large room 4x4m est. with high speed broadband. The house is very modern, power shower, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher .

I have two small non malting dogs, who are very friendly and clean.
House has Sky and Parking on quiet cul de sack location.

Full use of kitchen, with modern appliances, open plan dining room.

This is my home, whilst it’s a room, you will have access to large south facing garden and a home.

I now work from home since covid. I’m private, but also social. I’d like balance between too. I value privacy and equally respect others.

I would like to share with someone whom respects personal space.
