Hello! I'm Laurence (31 years old) i'm a friendly and easy going live-in landlord (although most of the time i sleep at my girlfriend's place). I have a modern double room with views over our garden available for rent. It is within my 4-bedroom, 3-story townhouse in Hethersett, Norfolk.
-Location:
We're conveniently located within cycling distance to the UEA, the hospital, and Wymondham. There's regular and reliable public transport to Norwich, which is also a 15 minute drive away. We have a car port and on-street parking. We're also close to two local shops, a pharmacy, takeaways, doctors, & parks, playing fields, and country walks with several larger shops a short drive away.
-The home:
Our home is spacious, with 4 toilets, 3 bathrooms, as much storage spaces as i can make, a communal lounge with 65" tv, garage gym with squat rack, lat pull down and punch bag. The kitchen is shared, and we all do our best to keep it clean and tidy for each other. It includes a tumble drier, washing machine, dish washer and large american fridge freezer.
-Your future room:
Is a double room, with shelving and matching bed (and mattress), wardrobe, bedside table, desk and chair. The room looks over the large garden (which is currently being renevated to have a large patio, fire pit, flower bed and extra sheds added).
-The house share & your future housemates:
I like our home to be a friendly, peaceful and relaxed place. I currently share it with two other lodgers (and now friends), Issac (25) and Rob (31) who has lived with me for 6 years. We all get along and are respectful of eachothers space & privacy. Occationally we socialize, play games, train in the gym or watch a movie together and you'll be welcome to join with us.
-What we’re looking for in you:
We're looking for someone who is fairly clean and tidy (though we're no show home), highly respectful, and highly thoughtful towards when others might be sleeping or working from home (not slamming doors at any time, having loud phonecalls, turning the tv down after 10ish that kind of thing) to keep our home peaceful for everyone that lives here, as well as someone that is willing to compromise if necessary to keep our home a sanctuary for everybody within the home.
Non-negotiables:
We're strictly looking for a non-smoker and non-drug user between the ages of 23 and 50. We're open to both males and females but no couples, children, or pets, please.

-Earliest available move in date: 3rd of June 2026
-Rent: £595PCM Including bills.
-Our postcode is NR9 3FL if you'd like to take a look at the area.
-Refundable deposit: £250.
-Profiles with no pictures or details will not be considered. I apologise for any inconvenience.
-Minimum stay: 3 months, although i prefer, and are ideally looking for a long-term lodger.
