Hello! I'm Laurence (30 years old) I have a lovely room with new modern ensuit and new flooring for rent that is a large and spacious double room with also plenty of storage. It is within my 4-bedroom, 3-story townhouse in Hethersett, Norfolk.
Location:
We're conveniently located within cycling distance to the UEA & the hospital, there's regular and reliable public transport to Norwich, which is also a 15 minute drive away. We have a car port and on-street parking. We're also close to three local shops, takeaways, doctors & parks with several larger shops a short drive away.
The home:
Our home is small yet spacious, with 4 toilets, as many hidden cupboards and shelves as i can fit in, to make living here easy. The kitchen is shared, and we all do our best to keep it clean and tidy for each other.
Your future room and home.
Is a large double room with newly done Ensuite with new shower and flooring, large hidden storage compartment, a bed frame, mattress, wardrobe, two bedside tables, two desks, and desk chairs and chest of drawers. We have a spacious garden with two trees, a bird table, and a shed.
The house share & your future housemates:
We like our home to be a friendly and relaxed place. We currently share it with two other lodgers (and friends), Samantha (25) and Rob (30). We all get along and are recpectful of eachothers space & privacy.
What we’re looking for in you:
We're looking for someone who is clean and tidy (though we're no show home), highly respectful, and highly thoughtful towards when others might be sleeping or working from home (not slamming doors at any time, having loud phonecalls, turning the tv down after 10ish that kind of thing) to keep our home peaceful for everyone that lives here, as well as someone that is willing to compromise if necessary to keep our home a sanctuary for everybody within the home.
Non-negotiables:
We're strictly looking for a non-smoker and non-drug user between the ages of 25 and 50. We're open to both males and females but no couples, babies, or pets, please.

-Earliest available move in date: 3rd of November 2025
-Rent: £700PCM Including bills.
-Our postcode is NR9 3FL if you'd like to take a look.
-Deposit: £250 - This is refundable.
-Profiles with no pictures or details will not be considered. I apologise for any inconvenience.
-Minimum stay: 3 months, although we prefer, and are ideally looking for a long-term lodger.
