Welcoming & Friendly House in Hethersett

I work as a Personal Trainer and moved up from London April 2023, although I am originally from Essex.

I love a quiet life but I have decided to rent the spare room (with a brand new small double bed) as it will help me with the mortgage and bills. Just me in this 3-bed house. You would have access to the gym when it is not in use by myself or clients, all included in the rent. I am looking for someone who is reliable on rent, won't damage the house, and is a positive and upbeat person.

Me: I hold no strong views on anything, I am very liberal. But I love watching people getting grilled on Newsnight by Vicky Derbyshire, Question Time with Fiona B, and Sunday with LK. I like watching football now and again, though not a football nut. I love watching big boxing fights when they are on and watch some old matches on YouTube too. I train a fair bit obviously and love to cook. I am chilled out and relaxed to live with and just love a peaceful, calm environment that's all.

Looking for a lodger who is friendly, easy going, level-headed, considerate, clean and tidy. Whether a male or female moves in, I do not want a partner staying at the house, or sleeping over. Just want life to be simple here.

I am chilled out and easy-going and so long as you respect my house and stuff in it then things would be great, there would be no dramas just peace and comfort after a long day at work. The £100 deposit is needed in case stuff gets broken like plates, glasses, damage to the room, other areas in the house etc
