Lovely Cosy Room In Shared House

We are in hethersett (five miles below Norwich) in a detached four bed house with a large rambling garden. There is parking for three cars (we have two) and storage. Hethersett has a good bus route to Norwich, a good swim/gym, two pubs and two supermarkets. The living room and kitchen (and garden) are for all, and we have two dogs. I am a live in landlady who works in horticulture, and Alex is a retired phormacist. The room is a middle room with a cosy feel, it has a long curved desk and a wardrobe and chest of drawers and a bed, see photos attached.

I am looking for someone who enjoys being around animals, and who also is a working person who goes to work in the daytime (not night shifts). We are a tidy and clean household and we do one day at a time tidying up at the end of each day, which works for everyone.

The living room and garden provide opportunities to relax and share some company if and when this feels right, and there are meals to share (and movies) here and there as time and inclination permits.

The dogs compete with each other a bit and so can be a bit barky in the day (we are working on this) but they are wonderful company and we look after them well, for which we are well rewarded.

We are respectful of each others space but also warm and friendly, and this seems to work well as there is very little turnover of lodgers.
