Hi,

I’m Lochy! I’ve got a cosy double room in my flat that I’m looking to let.

I’m a full time retail manager so I’m out for most of the day but I like to socialise where I can!

You’ll have access to your own bathroom and I’m happy for you to bring your own furniture if you’d prefer. Pets absolutely considered.
There is parking at the property as well - no permit or anything required.

Shared lounge and kitchen. Kitchen has washer dryer and a dishwasher as well as fridge, freezer etc.

Rent will be £375 per month - this will include wifi.

All other bills will be split between us each month.

No deposit.
