This room is available all week but if you want Mon-Fri you will still be welcome.

Working normal hours, nights, shifts or working from home all accepted.

The advertised room is available from 27th November but if you are looking more urgently then we can offer you another room temporarily until then, as soon as checks are complete.

Household supported by a regular cleaner – who will also clean your room and wash your bedding fortnightly.
This is not a ‘home for life’ but an arrangement for a few months that might suit someone looking to save money and perhaps do some studying. Mature outlook essential but age in years immaterial. Motorised transport needed for any but the fittest cyclist. Please note there is no public transport to the university or hospital. It's very quick by car but too far to walk.

Forget sharing a grotty house with flatmates who make lots of noise and mess...everything is provided here including fortnightly cleaning of your room and laundering of your bedding.

You have shared use of large bathroom with shower and basin. Separate toilet. Further toilet downstairs Use of hard tennis court. Extensive gardens for sitting or strolling.

Share (between 2) large utility room with full sized cooker, microwave, own under-counter fridge-freezer. Own undercounter fridge-freezer and ample cupboard space. Washing machine in kitchen and tumble drier all shared between 3.

Ample secure off-street parking, however big your vehicle.

5 miles south west of Norwich, near UEA and hospital. 10 minutes drive from Longwater retail which includes large Sainsbury's, pizza hut, Greggs and Mcdonalds; 15 minutes from a Waitrose supermarket. A short drive from Hethersett which has takeaways, pubs and a Tesco express. 2 golf courses, gym and swimming pool within easy reach. Grocery delivery available.

Non-smoker only. Preference for a lodger who will appreciate the peace and quiet.

This is a rural place. Previous lodgers have managed with a bicycle but most people would say you need a car or motorbike to live here - especially in winter.

Landlady prefers lodger who will pop in for a quick chat as they go in and out but live their own life.
