Double room to rent in family home

Double room to let in a detached family home, shared bathroom, two shared reception rooms.
We are renting out our spare double bedroom to a medical or nursing student or professional in need of accommodation near to Norwich.
We live in Hevingham NR10, off the A140, only 25 minutes travel into Norwich city or the North Norfolk Coast. The village is well served by the x44 bus between Norwich and Holt and is only a five minute drive or short bus trip from the market town of Aylsham which has a supermarket and many independent shops.
We have two children and two cats. This is our family home and you would be welcomed as such. Our home can be a bit busy as you’d expect but our children are well behaved. We have a cleaner once a week and she will clean your room and change your bedding.
We have two shared living rooms, a large garden and plenty of parking on the driveway outside. Our house is approximately a 25-30 minute drive to the NNUH and there is the potential to lift share with us getting to work at the hospital (if shift patterns match).
