Separating from partner, so will have family rooms

I am separating from my partner.
1 option is rent out the space.
I'm a 55 year old male.
I have 2 lovely dogs.
My 2 children have single rooms here, they are 9 & 11 and here half the time.
It is a very secluded spot set in 3 acres.
The house is very large. I have rented it 3 years, I do not own it.
There is plenty of parking.
I potentially have 3 huge double rooms and 2 single rooms.
A perfect world would be another single parent with children needing say 5 rooms, or 2 single parents with children needing 1 or 2 rooms.
I am testing the water with this advert. The rooms would not be available until November or December 2025.
Rooms could be rented furnished or unfurnished, I am completely flexible.
