Beautiful room, Plenty of storage: chest of drawers, bedside table, dressing table and built in wardrobe see pictures of the space available to lodger. Decorated and furnished to a high standard.

Bathroom newly refurbished less than 18 months ago. Amazing powerful shower all finished to a very high spec. I am bias but it’s a beautiful room and location! Access to washing machine, fridge, microwave & oven.

It’s a bungalow with a landscaped garden and parking for one car. Please note it’s a room only with use of kitchen, it’s not shared access to the whole house , I do not accept smokers. Shared bathroom with one other person.

A beautiful spot in high kelling, happy for individuals to view the room if they wish

Please note I have 1 small dog - he is old, calm and friendly

I require a months notice of tenancy termination . Happy to consider short or long term let’s.

You are responsible for cleaning your own room and bathroom - rental does not come with a housekeeper!

Looking for a professional ideally. Someone respectful of space and noise.

This is not a full house share it is only a room rental as described above. Current tenant is amazing but is leaving as getting on the property ladder
