My mother and her Labrador in house and so will need to be courteous and mindful of certain rules. My niece and nephew 3 & 2 are looked after some days during the week in term time. Not a party house 😂

4 bed house looking to fill either the single or double room and keep the other as spare.

Female only as sharing bathroom with my mother.

Current job and owning a car are a requirement.
