Double room, close to transport links,

Am looking for a lodger to share my flat. Will have access to the spare living room/office and kitchen. The main lounge is my bedroom/lounge so would have some level of separation. The flat has a balcony but this is in the livein landlord part of the flat. The room available also has a juliet balcony. It is a maisonette so no shared entrance.

There is also a snug room with pullout sofa and computer screen accessible for streaming or internet access. Reasonable price but would like to split the electricity cost so is on top of the asking price. Can discuss use of garage during viewing
I work in the NHS but not night shifts but am looking for a calm atmosphere. No garden but there is a shared garden area as part of lease at front. It is 3 minutes walk from the trainstation to Norwich and also Cromer/Sheringham.
