Double room, close to transport links,

Am looking for a lodger to share my flat. Will have access to the spare living room/office and kitchen. The main lounge is bedroom/lounge so would have some level of separation. The flat has a balcony but this is in the livein landlord part of the flat. It is a maisonette so no shared entrance. Reasonable price but would like to split the electricity cost so is on top of the asking price. Can discuss use of garage as this could be available for an additional cost
I work in the NHS but not night shifts but am looking for a calm atmosphere. No garden but there is a shared garden area as part of lease at front. It is 3 minutes walk from the trainstation to Norwich and also Cromer/Sheringham.
