Looking for someone who does not work from home - been there, done that ;-)

We are a young-minded couple into music, motorbikes, dogs, and the countryside.
We have 6 beautiful, boisterous, big, friendly dogs who are our family! They are 2 LARGE young Irish Wolfhounds, 3 Cocker Spaniel brothers, and a fruit-the-loop Golden Retriever girl. They predominantly lounge around the middle-floor kitchen/landing, but obviously they are free to roam around, barking greetings, and lick any unsuspecting passerby.
We like our own space and respect others privacy.

The room is down on the ground floor in a Grade 1 Listed split-barn-conversion, which is over 400 years old.
The cottage is laid out over 3 floors.
It is located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the coastal medieaval village of Old Hunstanton, which is next to the Victorian seaside resort town of Hunstanton.
The location is unique in a private parkland setting, with a moat running through the garden. Love quiet and wildlife and you'll love this area!

The room is originally our music room and study, but we have removed the desk to input a Kingsize bed, cuddle sofa, storage seat box, electric 'woodburner' stove, bedside table and pouffe. There is also a TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime.
There is also a small fridge, microwave, and kettle. These can be used, as well as the middle-floor kitchen.
As it is still our Music Room, it will have to contain the musical instruments, un-wired hi-fi, records and CDs, and various books, but we would not use the room whilst in occupation.
There is also an understair cupboard, which has 2 hanging rails and coat hooks.

The listing includes the modern kitchen/diner with granite work surfaces, Belfast sink, twin NEFF ovens, f/f, marble dining table and chairs on the first floor.
There is also a toilet with basin on the landing at the top of first flight of stairs (which are a little steep).

The shared bathroom is up on the 2nd floor, through a dog-gate, featuring the power shower, long bath for lounging in a long soak, plus mixer-tap shower attachment, and toilet.

Rent £100 per week for single person or £120 per week for a couple, inclusive of all bills cash paid for first month in advance, then £100/£120 weekly in advance (£430/£520 per calendar month).
Mix in with cleaning of shared areas, particularly upstairs bathroom (if you're going to use it, help clean it ;)
