Single room for odd nights only

Hi, I live near the hospital and have a single room that I’m considering just letting out on the occasional night. The charge is £40 per night. Maybe an agreement would be made if you needed it for more than one night or visiting locally in the area, it’s something I’m just considering, as handy for the hospital college etc you will be sharing your night with two other people in the house and two dogs

Like I say, I’m just doing it as I one off bedroom every now and then not a permanent thing for this room
