Double room for professional woman

Hi! I’m Lucy, I’m a 23 year old living in King’s Lynn and looking for somebody to take over my housemates tenancy at our three bed house.
It’s a 3 bed, 2.5 bath house with parking. It’s a very spacious home with parking, a good sized garden and plenty of storage. I have two guinea pigs that live in our shed.
The room is a double sized room and is very spacious. It is next to the third unoccupied bedroom which is used for storage and a spare room which you would be welcome to use as well as living room and kitchen.
You would have your own bathroom complete with bath, toilet and sink.

About me: I work in town and am easygoing. I like to keep a clean house but am not too strict with it at the same time. I’m sociable and am happy to chat, but will also give you space. I have a polite boyfriend who would come and stay on the occasional weekend.
