All bills included (power, gas, high powered fiber optic broadband, garden and building maintenance, council taxes) except some additional electricity cost depending on additionally used appliances.

Bedding, linen and towels can be supplied for request;
Common areas cleaned during the week; rooms & ensuites cleaned as well on a monthly basis (laundry and bedding change not included).

Please be advised that this house requires silence, no music, radio, tv, loud talk in common areas to respect NHS staff rest after the night shifts.
