Each Studio Room has its own ENSUITE bathroom with modern square styled toilet, shower, wash hand basin, comfortable mirror with LED lights and and shaving power point.

Some Studios have their own PRIVATE ENTRANCE from the backyard.

In this shared house we also offer two BEDROOMS (No.5 and No.8) with shared bathroom are equipped with single or double bed, wardrobe, mirror, chest of drawers, bedside table, computer desk with a swivel chair, multiple electric sockets with additional USB ports, desk lamp, blackout blinds.

LARGE WELL EQUIPPED SHARED KITCHEN with hobs, ovens, sinks, washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and plenty of kitchen cupboards.

We pay for the electricity regarding the lighting in the ceiling lamps, in the kitchen and bathroom. All you need to pay for is the power points in your room.

Studios are serviced! Ensuite bathroom monthly cleaning provided.
Bedding and towels can be supplied and changed on request for additional fee.
