Small double room in nice home, must love dogs

I have a small double room available in my nice, quiet home on a Sunday to Friday basis at £20 per night, including bills.

My name is Janet, I have a Westie named Louis. He doesn't malt or smell so you'd hardly know he is there!

The room has a 4ft double bed, fitted over-bed storage, fitted wardrobe, television and shelves. The room would also come with exclusive use of the main bathroom as I have an ensuite.

The house is a relatively new end terrace and there are two parking spaces on my driveway. The house has a good, light kitchen and as well as the lounge there is a conservatory, both with sofas and televisions.

Would accept a smoker, providing you smoke in the garden.

There is no wifi as I use a dongle.
