Large Double Room

We are a house share by the train station in Kings Lynn with Vedant, Kieran & Julia. We are friendly graduate professionals aged 25-32. We are looking for a clean, organised trusted person to share the house. Judit is moving out to live with her boyfriend.

- 3 min walk into town, shopping centres & bus station
- 3 min walk to Morrisons super market
- 10 min drive to hospital

There is currently a large double room on the 1st floor of the house available. Complete with a double bed, work desk & chair and built in wardrobes and cupboards. Its bright room with modern windows.

Its a comfortable period style house with large living room, dining area and kitchen, huge bathroom and an additional downstairs toilet.

We have fast unlimited wireless internet and a 40 inch Flatscreen TV. There is a paved garden outside. Great central heating with a new boiler 2021

Permit parking is available on the street for £50 per year. Please check the Kings Lynn Council website for more details.

Ideally we are looking for a graduate professional (23-40) who is responsible.

I can offer a 6 month AST rental agreement. Would consider short term lets but would be more money. Deposits are protected.
