We are two female junior doctors working at the QEH looking for two housemates (male or female non smokers). We have 2 bedrooms available in a large 4 bedroom house in the Springwood area.

Very convenient location a short 5 minute walk from the QEH hospital.

The house consists of a spacious hallway with downstairs bathroom and cloakroom. Large light lounge with French windows. Well equipped kitchen with separate dining room and utility room. And we have a large selection of crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment. We have our own furniture, washing machine and fridge/freezer (not the furniture in the photos and not as dated!) The house will be fully furnished including everything like hoover etc so all you will need is stuff for your bedroom.

Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and a family bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet.

Outside there is a double garage so plenty of storage and a garden with lawn and patio area with table and chairs. Driveway parking space for an additional 3 cars.

Available for rent are two unfurnished bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 ~7' x 10'
Bedroom will accommodate a double bed but may be more spacious with a single bed with 2 windows facing into the garden.

Single bedroom with built in wardrobe and shelves. One window overlooking the drive way.
