Room Occupied till 7th January 2016 - Accommodation is next to The College of West Anglia and within close walking distance to the town centre and railway station. I am looking for a person who is trustworthy and respectful to share our home. We both work Monday - Friday. Must like dogs and a cat, who are friendly and clean but do live in the house. This room to let would be ideal for a student or professional alike. I would consider someone who is in receipt of Housing Benefit. The home is a bungalow in a cul-de-sac that is spacious. Shared bathroom with bath and shower. Shared kitchen with access to own cupboard space and part of fridge and freezer.
