Hi I'm Harriet, I am 39. I am a live-in landlord. I work part-time as a dog walker and gardener. I enjoy seeing friends, doing arts and crafts and being in nature.

Looking for a housemate who is friendly, quiet and kind.

A new kitchen was fitted 5 years ago. The shower works well and stays hot. There is a separate toilet by the front door.
Access to and from the flat is very simple and there is space on the gravel where you can drop off and pick up things. Parking is on road with a permit. Storage space in half a garage. Its not damp proof, however.

I have a 5 year old cat called Boo. Having a cat friendly tenant is really important to me. She has a sweet nature and loves people, she doesn't bite or scratch. She is an indoor/outdoor cat. She is used to not really going in the lodgers room. If you offer her a treat she will be your best friend! She accesses the flat via the bathroom window.

I have a south facing front garden that faces your room with seating.
There is a 7kg washing machine, you can dry clothes in the living room on the drying rack provided or in your room with the window open by the radiator. I also have a dehumidifier to dry clothes quicker. There is a rotary line in the garden also.

It is really quiet at night, the area has beautiful front gardens and is situated very close to the city and ring road. The bus station is a 10 min walk away. Sainsburys, Asda and Aldi are close by. Neighbours are friendly and for the most part quiet.

I have been a tenant for a good ten years so I try to be a fair and considerate landlord, and I ask the same from you. If anything is bothering you just let me know and we can talk about it. Your room is your private space. I will try not to disturb you if your door is closed. I have also rented from a live in land lady so I know what it is like. Both bedroom doors lock. If anything needs fixing I try to repair it quickly.
