Walking distance to city centre and close to bus routes.

The other tenants are friendly and sociable but this is most definitely not a party house.

This is a stable flat share with all tenants being in residence for 4+ years, and we are looking for someone with a mature outlook, who tidies up after themselves and has a friendly disposition, to join them.
