Quiet, cosy double room close to Norwich centre

This pretty room in a lovely secluded setting is available flexibly from 1 September (earlier by negotiation) for up to a year (possibly longer) as I am relocating for a temporary job. It is furnished but there is lots of garage storage so we can make reasonable adjustments.

You'll be joining my fantastic current lodger Chantel, who is cheerful and easygoing and works f/t in retail.

There is one upstairs shared bathroom, then downstairs there is kitchen, sun room, living room and a large separate study (which Chantel doesn't use, so if you are a student or work from home this could be a dedicated space).

Bills will be shared – BT £50pcm, Gas & Elec around £70 pcm, water about £100 per quarter, council tax band B. There's no TV licence currently but various streaming services included.

There is parking on street or in the double garage, Lovely garden, with gardener included.
