Double Room in Lakenham

I have a double room available in my 3 bedroom house.
House is in a quiet area of Lakenham and is only a 20 minute walk from the city centre.
Off road parking and very large garden.
I am very clean and tidy and quite quiet so would prefer someone who is similar.
Room is furnished with double bed, bookcase, chest of drawers and two built in wardrobes/cupboards.
Wi-Fi is available and wired Internet could be made available for a small extra charge.
Washing machine, dishwasher.
Shared bathroom and toilet.
Must be comfortable around gay people.
All bills included.
