* We are a happy student house with people from Germany, Poland, England, Spain and India looking for another student/postgrad to join us! (Only students/postgrads, sorry).
* Only 250 pounds/month + roughly 30 pound bills/month (CHEAP!)
* The room is available from OCTOBER. It’s a friendly house and a big, furnished, light-filled room on the first floor.
* The house is in City Rd, Norwich, 10 mins walk from the city centre, and 20 mins bike ride from the UEA.
* The house is large and comfortable with 2 bathrooms, common spaces, a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher) and laundry facilities. There is a small back garden with a BBQ and a bike shed (with stuff to fix up bikes etc). + RELIABLE FAST INTERNET
* Our house is on a nice quiet street, close to pubs, take away food/restaurants and green space. There are three supermarkets within 5-10mins walk.
* We run a communal cleaning schedule and we tend to share a lot of our shopping. We cook and have fun together often.
