Shared house in Little Plumstead NR13

There are 2x large rooms available to rent together on the 3rd floor that have been recently decorated and carpeted. One room could be used as a double bedroom and the other room as your own living room area. There is a newly fitted shower room/toilet in between the 2 rooms.

Unfurnished.

Shared kitchen with no use of the main living room.

Single professionals only.

In the country with great nearby views/walks and limited public transport. Cabs into Norwich City Centre approximately £15.

Off road parking.

I stay at the property (my room in on the 2nd/middle floor) part of the time, as I mainly live in Sheffield. I own a well behaved, 3 year old Labrador named Cooper who sometimes travels with me.
