Top floor bedroom with en-suite

Hi my name is Reece and due to a recent member of the household leaving we’re looking for a new housemate. Me and Alex two of what used to be three musketeers are both working professionals, the house is well split for sharing. Made up of 3 floors the ground floor offers a great fully furnished living area, kitchen and outside garden. The first floor is owned by myself and Alex, leaving the second completely spare. All rooms have their own en-suite so your area is truly your area.

We’re looking for a self motivated team player who can be a complimentary addition to the house that enjoys a social but also respects their own space. We live in a fine balance of only being a 10min taxi from the city centre but are found in a calm area surrounded by the country.

Inclusive in the cost we have a cleaner that visits once a month, full fibre broadband (900mbps) & a an emotional support animal in the form of Mike the cat.
