I am looking to rent a double room in my house which is located in a small village close to Norwich city.

My name is Kate, I'm 53 and work in Norwich.
I enjoy keeping fit, getting outside and socialising with my friends. I also enjoy staying in and watching TV (I'm a big fan of thrillers / crime drama) and listening to the Archers (much to the delight of my children) . I am looking for a lodger to help with the bills and for some company, now my children have flown the nest.
The house is clean and in a quiet location.

The room can be furnished, part furnished and unfurnished depending on your preference. The house is situated in a great location with easy access to Norwich city, supermarkets and the motorways (A47, A11, A140).

There is use of the driveway, small garden, upstairs bathroom, downstairs toilet, large kitchen, utility room and sitting room. There is also a third bedroom.

Rent will be £375 a month, which includes bills.
