Hello! I am looking for a female house share who is friendly and reasonably tidy. I have a single room available for rent for £350 per month, and I am going travelling for 4 months so would like to rent my double room out to somebody trustworthy for £460 per month.
I have a modern, semi-detached house with a kitchen, lounge/diner, hallway, landing, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, downstairs toilet and plenty of storage space inc a garage and airing cupboard. Washing machine and tumble dryer included, as well as a large fridge-freezer and garden with sun loungers for warm days. Recently refurbished kitchen and garden. Newly painted and decorated in the lounge too. There is a coop 1 minute walk away and Tesco and Asda within a 10 min drive.
Mulbarton is a 10/15 min bus ride into the city centre if you don’t drive.
