About the household: I am seeking a mature, quiet & professional female tenant, as I occasionally have grandchildren visiting & their safety is priority. You must be in full-time employment. I work mostly 4 nights on & 4 off, so being considerate of my sleeping pattern is important.

A few house rules: No fabric conditioners, plugin fresheners or candles due to allergies. A cleaner will need access to the property to hover & dust fortnightly, no smoking/vaping & no pets. Please also ensure full loads for the washing machine.

Rent is £520 per calender month, with a security deposit of £520. References will be required.
