Situated in the lovely coastal village of Mundesley, in Norfolk. The property is just 10 minutes walk from the sea and a variety of local amenities. I have a good sized room to let, there is one window looking out over the driveway . I am looking for someone mature, a non smoker with no pets. The kitchen is at the front of the bungalow, it has an electric cooker, freezer and fridge freezer. There is also a spin drier and washing machine. There are two smoke alarms in the hallway and a carbon monoxide alarm. There is ample parking space on the driveway of the property.
