A good sized fully furnished double room, in my warm, clean bungalow, in a nice quiet residential area with easy access to the A47.
Good sized fully equiped kitchen and dining room, with use of washing machine and tumble dryer. The lounge is comfortable and offers a nice place to relax. Outside the is off-road parking and a nice garden with views of open countryside. I would like someone who is professional, clean and tidy and respectful of the fact that they are sharing my home.
