I have a large en-suite bedroom on the top floor of my house available. The room has a comfortable king size bed and storage for clothes (1 wardrobe, a set of 5 drawers and a set of 2 bedside drawers).
There is also a TV on the wall in your room.
I am a clean and tidy, quiet and well mannered professional person and I am looking to share with someone similar who works full time on a day shift (but not someone working from home, sorry).
The house is really well situated. It’s a 15min drive from Norwich city centre (depending on traffic), access to the A47 is very quick and easy and there is are several bus stops nearby. Ten minute drive to the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital and University.
There is good and ample parking around the house and 1 private parking space that you are free to use.
No smokers and no pets please.
