I have a lovely double room available in a relaxed, welcoming home, just a 10-minute drive from NNUH and 6 minutes from Longwater Retail Park. There’s also a super convenient bus stop nearby with direct routes into the city centre.

I'm looking to share with one other professional female, and the house is quiet, comfortable, and has everything you need to feel at home, including access to your own bathroom.

You’ll have access to a well-maintained back garden (perfect for a morning coffee or some sunshine) and off-street, undercover parking.

All bills are included, with Full Fibre high-speed internet, Now TV, Sky Sports, TNT Sports and more.

A bit about me: I’m a 42-year-old woman with a big love for electronic music! I stream DJ sets three times a week and enjoy going to gigs and festivals. I’m friendly, tidy, and enjoy a good balance between socialising and having my own downtime.

I’d love to share with someone vegan or vegetarian, as I enjoy cooking and would be happy to share meals now and then, but that’s not essential, so please feel free to get in touch if the place sounds like a good fit for you.
