I have a lovely double room available in a relaxed, welcoming home, just a 10-minute drive from NNUH and 6 minutes from Longwater Retail Park. There’s also a super convenient bus stop nearby with direct routes into the city centre.

The room is ideal for a professional female, whether you work from home or need somewhere peaceful to rest after a shift. The house is quiet, comfortable, and has everything you need to feel at home, including access to your own bathroom.

You’ll have access to a well-maintained back garden (perfect for a morning coffee or some sunshine) and off-street, undercover parking.

All bills are included, with Full Fibre high-speed internet, Now TV, Sky Sports, TNT Sports and more.

A bit about me: I’m a 42-year-old woman with a big love for electronic music! I stream DJ sets three times a week and enjoy going to gigs and festivals. I’m friendly, tidy, and enjoy a good balance between socialising and having my own downtime.

I’d love to share with someone vegan or vegetarian, as I enjoy cooking and would be happy to share meals now and then, but that’s not essential, so please feel free to get in touch if the place sounds like a good fit for you.
