Hello everyone, we need to find a housemate for our house next year!

It's a really nice 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom, two storey house, 25 minutes walk from UEA (New Costessey) with washer, dryer, separate lounge and garden, secure bike shed, and ample parking. It’s a ten minute walk from a big Aldi and Boots pharmacy. Council tax band D

we haven't actually allotted rooms yet -- there will be a large downstairs room and two medium sized upstairs rooms available, see pictures

There are already 3 of us, who are into DND and gaming.

We're looking for people who are chill, quiet, friendly and clean for all of the next academic year. This isn't a party house, also UEA students only

Rent varies by room but lowest is 130/week to highest at 150/week.

Our landlord is lovely and has been really accomodating rentwise and with fixing issues.

Please message ASAP if you're interested -- we need people who are definitely able to say yes by this Friday, otherwise we can't keep the house!
