I have available a double room to rent on a new build estate in rackheath.
It's not but 5 miles from the city centre, very easy commute and close to the NDR.
I have a shared living room leading to a good sized private back garden.
The kitchen diner, has built in appliances fridge freezer, cooker, dishwasher and washing machine.
Also a downstairs toilet, upstairs shared bathroom with shower.
Very specious house and plenty of room.
I have superfast broadband included as well as all bills and extras such as netflix now tv and Disney plus
The room itself is a double but more room if you had a single bed.
The room is currently unfurnished but am willing to furnish for the new tenant if necessary.
I am offering the room at zero deposit but any damages would have to be paid for on end of tenancy
