Room to let in an out of city villiage with good road link and good bus route to the heart of the city. Quiet avenue with both drive and off drive parking, with garden, patio and shed. The room is a double room and hopefully be furnished in the next couple of weeks with wardrobe, drawers and bed, lounge is big enough and happy to share. I have a tidy and well kept house and would like it to keep like that but i dont have OCD ! I mainly live for the weekends and work all day during the week and have a quiet week, im very freindly and have no weird habits .Due to my job the room could become unavailble at any time but plenty of notice will be given (2 months or more)any more info needed just ask .price is negotionable.
