Lovely room, peaceful house, countryside.

I am looking to find a lodger, for a single room ( currently set up as a double and could remain like this, but a little cramp as the bed is kingsize - I would consider purchasing a double bed instead ).

My son lives with me atm, but will usually only be around at weekends.

I am a teacher and spend lots of evenings & weekends playing various sports, consequently I am not at the house much!

I am offering this room on a long term basis, following a satisfactory one month trial period.
