The house has very large rooms, a wood burner and character beams a garden with fruit trees backing onto pasture, a corner bathtub and is a 5 minute walk from a river with public footpaths in multiple directions. (Sorry no photos of river only videos) and parking.

I'm a self employed professional gardener and organic food grower, and I'm looking to find someone to share my home with due to my current housemate moving closer to their work.
The household is earthy but clean and tidy and is blessed with a wonderful amount of morning birdsong.

I'm looking for someone who ideally shares the same passion and joy for life as myself but also enjoys the quiet and calm of the countryside and is clear with their communication.

I love family and friends and am often cooking wonderful home cooked nutritious food from my small scale farm on the coast.
I love music, travel, fitness and thought provoking conversations and appreciate open and clear communication with honesty.

As mentioned before this is not just a room, but a house share and comes with a joint tenancy, and therefore you must meet the credit checks and requirements laid out by the estate agent.
This also means that the total to be paid may go up or down dependant on the real time energy usage etc of the household or sudden energy price rises (I'm out for most of the day during the week and often on weekends also).
