North Pickenham is a quiet rural village on the outskirts of Swaffham and easy routes into town. Norwich and Kings Lynn are both approximately 20 minutes drive away. Dereham, Fakenham, Brandon and Watton are all quick commutes away as is RAF Marham. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine and all appliances. You will have your own fridge and freezer for personal use.

The room is a spacious double room (14' x 12'). Fully furnished with double bed, 2 bedside tables, 2 chest of drawers, built-in-wardrobe, desk, large and small bookcase, TV and lots of storage in the eves wardrobe/cupboard. Couples considered with an added premium of £100 per month rent and extra £100 added to the deposit. The same increase in rent and deposit would apply for pets.

There is also plenty of off-road parking and a small garden with patio. During the summer the BBQ, table and chairs are always out and lodgers are free to use them at any time.
