Hawkmere House

Lovely large dual-aspect double room with en-suite in large family house in town near the park.
The sun rises in one window and sets in the other. We have some solar panels and are keen on recycling.

Washing machine, dishwasher (must be willing to put your plates in) and keep shared areas in reasonable order after use.

We have one other lodger and like a tolerant, laid back attitude in the house. A dog and two cats. smokers will need to smoke outside.

Off street parking, shared kitchen, large garden with lots of decking and a fire pit.

Have recently added some raised beds if you would like to grow your own veg or flowers. Local shop less than 5 minutes away. 5-10 minutes walk from centre of town. 15-20 minutes walk from train station.

Good local pubs, supermarkets, buses and railway station.
