We have three cats which are part of our family so have to be accepted. We have a single first floor bedroom newly decorated with sole use of bathroom room right next to bedroom, so essentially an en-suite.. The house offers a peaceful environment and quiet garden. Wifi, use of kitchen and washing machine if required, and all bills inclusive of rent. We would like our tenant to have the same cleanliness and consideration values that we have, and value a quiet life. Parking in private driveway, bus stop right out side. Large garden. Short bus ride and easy reach for the hospital. NHS workers can enjoy peace and quiet here with the added bonus of not having to look at the hospital after your shift.

Our large family house is in the peaceful Woottons, community, situated near North Wootton church (picturesque) , you will enjoy the peace here.
Non smoker /vapour, no pets, tenant MUST be in full time employment.
