2 sunny rooms in rural House share. A converted School House set in three quarters of an acre of Bee friendly Garden in small village between Norwich and Beccles.

The larger room has space for a desk which can be provided if necessary. Both rooms are furnished with a Bed, Chest of Drawers and Wardrobe. Other furnishings as required.

Lots of shared space; living room with wood burning stove, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate gardens, parking spaces and additional studio/workshop space available.

Very friendly dogs in residence, so free pet therapy always available!

The rent of the rooms are for single occupancy, but couples are considered.

Own transport useful due to limited bus service, which can however get you into Norwich for just after 8 am. 10 minute drive to closest rail station, from which it is under 20 min to Norwich. There are EV charging points locally and the house is on a special charging tariff with Octopus.

Older 'character' property with the kookiness and creakiness that comes with that. DIY skills and gardening enthusiasm a definite plus!

The house is in the middle of rolling farmland and on the edge of marshes, some amazing local walks close by. Short drive to coast and broads. Community run shop and pub within walking distance.
