Room available in comfortable house.

We are looking for someone to join our household. Ideally a young professional or older student who we can become friends with. We are not party animals, but like to have friends over for dinner occasionally.

We have 3 rooms available, and one extra which will be left as a spare room for the time being. All rooms have either a large double or king size bed.

We are very close to the UEA campus and earlham park, and walking distance from the Hospital, bus routes and a 24 hour Tesco. There is off street parking an a guest permit for street parking.

All bills are included except for council tax which is shared equally between all non exempt housemates.

No smoking inside the house please, however smokers are welcome to use the garden.

The kitchen is particularly good for a shared house with:
A large range style cooker (6 gas hobs, hot plate, 2 ovens grill and proving cupboard)
Large american style fridge freezer with ice / chilled water dispenser.
High end double drawer style dish washer
Full range of small appliances and cookware including processors, spice grinder, stand mixer, sous vide vacuum sealer.

Full laundry

The living area features an office area that will seat 2, and a large custom built sofa that will seat up to 12. (However we rarely have that any guests / parties)

There are 2 shared bathrooms and a separate WC.

We have a pet Cat, she's friendly but independent.
