There are two double bedrooms and one single bedroom available. Each room has a double or single bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk and chair.

The new kitchen has fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave and kettle. It has cutlery, tableware and saucepans.

The communal area has a dining table and chairs.

There are two bathrooms one with a bath tub and shower over, toilet and sink. The other has a shower cubicle, toilet and sink.

There is a garden with patio for BBQs and a grassed area with a gardener to maintain.

Off road parking and no permits needed for street parking. Supermarket 5 minutes walk from house and just off Dereham Road for easy access to the city.

Bills are not included and are typically £30-£45 per tenant each month. We will help set these up. The landlord will be paying for 1/3 of the council tax so this will be around £23 per month for council tax. Broadband is included in the rent.
