Room to rent in Thorpe Hamlet in all female house

We have a clean tidy room in a shared female household. We are looking for a new female tenant to share the house with. The house is all women because it keeps life simple since there is only one bathroom. The room has a 3/4 bed and is simply furnished. There is a shared sunny living room with T. V. and a big kitchen diner with all the necessaries, like washing machine, electric cooker and fridge. There is also a small courtyard garden.

We would like a clean, quiet, non-smoker who would share the cleaning. It is a room for one person only so if you are a couple or want to have people stay more than once a month for a couple of days, this is not the place for you.

The location is Thorpe Hamlet, close to the railway station and riverside. There are regular buses to the university and Broadland business park, as well as 2 local pubs, a cafe and a local shop. The city center is 20 minutes by foot along nice paths through the cathedral or down Prince of Wales Road. We think it's better than the Golden Triangle, quieter, cheaper and greener, being close to Riverside Walk, Rosary Cemetery and Mousehold Heath.

All bills are included, so that's water, gas, electricity, council tax, TV, Broadband all covered in rental price.
