I'm looking for a flatmate to rent my second bedroom. I'm often out of town for work so you would actually be getting the place to yourself most of the time.

As such, I'm looking for someone clean, responsible and tidy, who would look after my home while I'm not there!

All bills, including broadband and a cleaner who comes once a fortnight would be shared and come to about £90 per month each. The total cost would therefore be about £740.

The flat is a basement flat in a listed Georgian townhouse and has been refurbished to a high standard. The bedroom is extremely spacious and has a double bed, sofa, wall mounted TV and a desk.

You would have access to a large kitchen that has a dining area, a sofa and a TV and a spacious bathroom with a shower/bath.

The flat is in a central location and would be ideal for someone who would like to walk to work in the city centre or benefit from close proximity to the bus and train stations. Gated parking may be available for an additional cost.
