Double room close to city centre

I'm looking for a flatmate to live with my current tenant Anna. We're hoping to find someone clean, responsible and tidy, who would look after the place and treat it as their home.

All bills, including broadband and a bi monthly cleaner in the communal areas to keep things nice :)

The flat is situated on the edge of a park, very well located, just 5 minutes walk from Chaplefield and about 7 minutes from Unthank Road. Perfect if you work in the city.

The bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers, built in wardrobe and shelves. It's also South facing and really sunny :) You would have use of a well equipped large kitchen that has a dining table, dishwasher and washing machine. Plus comfortable living room and bathroom. The flat also has a lovely little balcony!

Anna is hoping to get a cat in the near future so you must be cat friendly! Any questions let me know :) (Also, Hi, I'm the Landlord, Sonia, I used to to live in the flat but now live with my boyfriend, I still have a room full of stuff and visit semi regularly)

Last thing worth noting I am making improvements to the flat slowly so the kitchen currently doesn't have tiles but everything is fully functional :)
