Double en suite in modern, tidy, riverside flat

I have a double room to rent in my flat. The room comes with a modern en-suite shower-room, it's furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, with full-length dressing mirror.
Shared areas, open plan living/kitchen area, with cooker, toaster, kettle, washing machine. No microwave.
I am tidy and considerate, and it is a peaceful flat. It would suit a professional looking for a relaxing environment. I would prefer to live with another female. Share of electric, council tax band C
It's a good location, next to to NFC stadium. 20 mins walk to the city centre, 15 mins to the train station.
There's a large Morrison's, Costa and Starbucks, Boots chemist, 5/10 mins walk along the river.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to it's location i. e. opposite the football ground, there is no free overnight parking close by, only paid parking or supermarket short-stay. If you need parking, I'm sorry but I can't facilitate that for you. However, there is a bus stop close by which goes to the city centre and the UEA. There is also secure bicycle storage on the ground floor and hire bikes just 5 mins walk from the flat which connect to the city.
